Yes. Unico works with verified sellers who respect consumer rights. We offer a return and replacement policy for wrong, defective, or damaged products, and our support team is available 24/7 to assist customers. Payments are processed through secure third-party providers, and card details are never stored on the Unico platform. Unico is a registered company with CIPC and recognised as a registered society at UKZN, with an active presence on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.

From the homepage, click on the product categories of the products you are looking for or go to “Shop.” Use the filters to select your campus; this will show products available for delivery at your campus. Please note that labels like EDGE, HC, WEST, or PMB indicate which campus a product can be delivered to. Click on the product you want, select your campus, add it to your cart, and complete the payment at checkout to finish your order.

Products on Unico are sold by different sellers, so your order may arrive in multiple deliveries from each seller. Each product will be delivered according to the campus delivery options, making it easy to receive your items on campus.

Orders on Unico are typically delivered within 1 to 3 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the seller’s location, your campus, or other factors, but we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Cancelling an order on Unico is not allowed, as all orders are considered intentional. However, if you provided incorrect information, we can assist you.

Products that are damaged, wrong, or do not match the description can be returned for replacement within 48 hours of receiving your order.
