All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers, and your card details are never stored on the Unico platform. We are also expanding our presence on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram to stay connected with our customers and provide updates, tips, and special offers.

From the homepage, click on the product categories of the products you are looking for or go to “Shop.” Use the filters to select your campus; this will show products available for delivery at your campus. Please note that labels like EDGE, HC, WEST, or PMB indicate which campus a product can be delivered to. Click on the product you want, select your campus, add it to your cart, and complete the payment at checkout to finish your order.

Unico offers flexible delivery options to meet the needs of all our customers. You can choose door-to-door delivery for convenience, ensuring your order arrives safely and on time, or select collection if that better suits you. We aim to make receiving your items simple, reliable, and hassle-free.

Orders on Unico are typically delivered within 1 to 3 days. Delivery times may vary depending on the seller’s location, your campus, or other factors, but we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Cancelling an order on Unico is not allowed, as all orders are considered intentional. However, if you provided incorrect information, we can assist you.

Products that are damaged, wrong, or do not match the description can be returned for replacement within 48 hours of receiving your order.
