Sellers can request withdrawals directly from their Seller Dashboard at the end of each week. The minimum withdrawal amount is R350. Funds are released upon request after orders have been successfully delivered and may take 2 – 4 days after orders have been successfully delivered. Please note that cash payments are not permitted; all payments are processed via secure EFT.
Important: The bank account details provided must match the seller’s registered information. Payments cannot be issued to unrecognized names or accounts until the correct details are submitted and verified.
