Orders & delivery

Orders and delivery are a key part of the selling experience on Unico. Sellers are expected to manage orders efficiently and ensure timely, reliable delivery to maintain a positive experience for customers. Once a customer places an order, sellers are notified through the Unico Seller Dashboard and via email. Sellers should review and begin processing orders as soon as possible.

Sellers are responsible for preparing orders, updating the order status on the dashboard, and dispatching them within the agreed handling time. Accurate and timely status updates help keep customers informed throughout the process. All orders must be packed securely to prevent damage. Sellers are required to notify customers one day before delivery, and all deliveries on Unico follow the campus delivery method; time, meet-up, or collection point on campus must be arranged.

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that orders are delivered successfully and arrive in good condition. Any issues related to orders or deliveries must be reported promptly to the Unico Team for support and resolution.
