A strong product listing makes things organised and helps customers make informed choices, and ensures a smooth buying experience. Clear images, accurate pricing, and correct product variations reduce confusion, returns, and order cancellations. Maintaining a high-quality catalog also reflects professionalism and builds trust in the marketplace.

In listing products on Unico, sellers must ensure that images are clear, bright, high-quality, and optimized for file size. Downloaded images may be used for common items like chargers or speakers, but handmade or unique products must have original photos. Photos should be taken on a clean background, without holding items in hand, and must not include logos, text, watermarks, emojis, stickers, or other graphics. Product names should be clear, detailed, and professional, avoiding vague or generic titles, with key details included (e.g., “Portable Bluetooth Speaker with LED Lights” instead of just “Speaker”). Prices must be accurate, realistic, and only changed when necessary, while variations such as sizes, colors, or flavors should be listed clearly. Only items that are currently in stock or can be delivered when ordered should be uploaded, with stock levels updated regularly to prevent cancelled orders. Finally, sellers must specify the product category and confirm that the product is available for delivery on campus.
