Tracking your item

Track your order by following these easy steps.

To track your order, you will need your Order ID (sent after order confirmation) and the billing email address.

On desktop: Click “Track My Order” from the homepage header or from the Orders & Returns section in the footer.
On tablets and mobile devices: Open the menu using the three-lines (hamburger) icon in the homepage header, then select “Track My Order” or under Orders & Returns in the footer.
