Only products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received are eligible for replacement. Personalized or perishable items, such as food, drinks, and custom-made products, cannot be replaced unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Customers must request a replacement within 48 hours of receiving the order and within 7 days for a defective item by contacting the Customer Support Team and providing proof of purchase and clear images of the item in question. Once the request is reviewed and approved, Unico will guide the customer through the replacement process, which may involve shipping the new item or arranging a local replacement, depending on the situation.

Replacements on Unico are typically processed up to 5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected by the seller or Unico’s team. The exact time may vary depending on shipping, availability of the replacement item, or other logistical factors. Customers will be notified by email once their replacement request has been approved and the process is underway.
