Welcome to Unico, a student-focused online marketplace. This Seller Agreement ensures a fair, safe, and reliable marketplace for both sellers and buyers. By registering as a seller on Unico, you agree to comply with this Seller Agreement. If you do not agree, you may not sell products on the platform.
As a seller on Unico, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your products.
- Ensure all products listed are lawful, safe, and accurately described.
- Pack and deliver orders on time and in good condition.
- Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and provide good customer service.
- Follow Unico’s Privacy Policy when handling buyer information.
- Remain active on the platform for a minimum recommended period of six months to maintain a healthy marketplace.
- Participate in Unico Awareness programs, including campaigns or activities aimed at educating sellers about platform rules, community standards, and responsible selling.
- Sellers are fully responsible for the content of their listings, including images, descriptions, and prices.
- Products must not infringe on intellectual property rights or contain misleading or fraudulent information.
- Sellers may mark products as inactive if temporarily unavailable, but deleting products entirely is not allowed.
- Unico reserves the right to remove any listing that violates this Agreement.
- Sellers may be charged a small commission on each successful sale (as specified on the platform).
- Payment to sellers will be processed according to the platform’s payment schedule.
- Sellers are responsible for ensuring their payment information is accurate and up to date.
Sellers are responsible for their products and orders. Unico acts only as an intermediary platform and is not liable for product quality, safety, or delivery issues.
Sellers must honor replacement according to Unico’s Product Replacement Policy. Personalized or perishable items must be replaced only if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Sellers agree to use the platform responsibly. They are responsible for any claims, losses, or damages resulting from their own products, listings, or actions on the platform. Unico will take reasonable steps to maintain a safe and trustworthy marketplace.
Unico may update this Agreement from time to time. Sellers will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms..
