Delivery Information

At Unico, we provide a delivery system designed specifically for students: Campus Delivery. This is our main and only delivery method, created to make receiving your orders easy, safe, and convenient on your campus.

When you place an order on Unico, the product will be delivered on your campus. The seller will arrange a meet-up or collection with you at a convenient time when you are available on campus. If you purchase multiple products from different sellers, you may receive separate packages.

Please note: Fast food and perishable items intended for immediate consumption are only available for purchase and delivery within the same campus during that time.

Please use the filter to select your campus or the campus you would like to buy from to see the available products.

Order Status

Processing – When your order is marked as Processing, it means the seller has received your order and is preparing it. They are  making sure everything is set for you to receive it. You don’t need to take any action at this stage, just wait for updates.

On-Hold – when order is marked On-Hold, something needs to be verified or checked before it can continue. This could happen if payment is being verified, or confirming stock or availability or there is another issue. You don’t need to do anything, but if necessary, the seller or Unico Support will send you an update.

Completed – When an order is marked Completed, it means the seller has finished processing your order and the delivery process is complete. No further action is required from you.
