At Unico, we provide a delivery system designed to make receiving your orders easy, safe, and convenient. You can now choose between two delivery methods: Campus Pickup or Doorstep Courier, depending on what works best for you.
Campus Pickup allows you to collect your order at a convenient location on your campus. This option is perfect for students who prefer a secure and straightforward way to receive on campus, it is available for UKZN students at Howard, Edgewood, and Westville campus.
Doorstep Courier delivers your order directly to your home, office, or any location within our delivery area. This method is ideal for anyone who wants the convenience of having products brought straight to their door.
Processing – When your order is marked as Processing, it means the seller has received your order and is preparing it. They are making sure everything is set for you to receive it. You don’t need to take any action at this stage, just wait for updates.
On-Hold – when order is marked On-Hold, something needs to be verified or checked before it can continue. This could happen if payment is being verified, or confirming stock or availability or there is another issue. You don’t need to do anything, but if necessary, the seller or Unico Support will send you an update.
Completed – When an order is marked Completed, it means the seller has finished processing your order and the delivery process is complete. No further action is required from you.
