How do I cancel an order?

At Unico, every order placed is made with intention, and for this reason, order cancellations are strictly not allowed. Our student sellers begin preparing and packaging items soon after an order is confirmed, and allowing cancellations would create unnecessary delays and additional workload for both sellers and the Unico team. We encourage customers to carefully review their orders before confirming checkout to avoid any inconvenience.

However, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you have made an error in your order—such as providing the wrong delivery address or selecting the incorrect delivery date—Unico can assist you in resolving the issue. Please contact the Unico Customer Support Team immediately via email or phone with your order details, and we will do our best to make the necessary adjustments.
