Orders that can be returned are those that arrive damaged, incorrect, or defective. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately within 48 hours of delivery, while defective items can be reported within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and not damaged due to misuse or abuse by the customer. When requesting a return, please provide your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue so we can guide you on the next steps, including a replacement.
