Reporting a Faulty or Damaged Item?

At Unico, we are committed to ensuring that every order meets our quality standards. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please follow the steps below:

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and not damaged due to misuse or abuse by the customer. When requesting a return, please provide your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue so we can guide you on the next steps, including a replacement.
