What if my order is damaged?

Your peace of mind matters to us, here’s what to do if your order is damaged.

At Unico, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure that all products and services listed by our student sellers are accurately described and safely delivered. However, we understand that there may be rare cases where a product arrives damaged or does not match the description provided. In such situations, we are committed to making things right for our consumers. 

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported immediately within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and not damaged due to misuse or abuse by the customer. When requesting a return, please provide your order number, photos of the item, and a brief description of the issue so we can guide you on the next steps, including a replacement.
